Adshank Toilet Seats Covers are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty is only effective if proof of purchase (original sales receipt) is provided with all warranty claims or requests.

Warranty Defects in Adshank Toilet Seats during Warranty period, can be reported by sending email on sales@adshankindustries.com, accompanied by scan copy of Original Purchase Invoice showing all commercial details such as Model number of the product, Quantity, Rate , Value , Taxes etc. and is provided with all warranty claims or request.

Warranty period will start from date of invoice and shall automatically terminate upon the expiry of the warranty period , even , if the Product has not been installed after purchase or has not been in the use for any part or whole of the warranty period for any reason whatsoever.

During the warranty period if ( in the opinion of Adshank Industries ) the defect is due to defects in the material or workmanship, Adshank Industries or its Authorized Service Franchisee/Representative will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace free of cost, any defective component or part of the Seat Cover, subject to the terms and conditions described below:

This guarantee does not apply to toilet seats used in non-residential installations, including hotels, resorts, clubs, public toilets of all nature and motels. This guarantee does not apply to any toilet seats which are modified in any way or used on any type of installation or unit other than conventional water closets.

We assume no liability for Adshank toilet seats damaged due to reason’s of not using and following the Adshank Toilet Seat Cleaning Instructions and Procedure, inserted in the seat cover package / packet. Given below guidelines on Adshank Toilet Seat Cover cleaning and care.

Care and Cleaning Guidelines:

• Following are Instructions for Care, Cleaning and Daily use.
• For cleaning of this Toilet Seat, use only mild soap solution, such as liquid hand soap and warm water. Wipe the seat surface with clean soft cloth only.
• Do not use any hard plastic / metal brush/scrappers, acids, abrasive cleaners, disinfectants or cleaning products in aerosol cans, as they will scratch and dull the surface.
• This Toilet seats are provided with Quick Release type hinge. Keep your toilet seat and ring complete open or de-install / remove the seat by quick release mechanism during cleaning of your sanitary-ware pot/commode.
• Seat contact with fingernail polish and aftershave lotions should be avoided as they may damage the finish of your toilet seat.
• Do not use detergent with strong acidic or strong alkaline property to prevent possible damage to quite close mechanism of seat
• Take care with seat open and close movement. Do not drop the Seat from top open position. For regular close Hinges , let and support guide the seat closing movement gently by your hands to close position. Do not leave the seat drop from open position to close position by gravity.
• Always test your cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area on the product before applying it to the entire surface.
• Do not allow cleaners to sit or soak on the Adshank Toilet Seat.
• Wipe surfaces clean and rinse completely with water immediately after applying cleaners.
• Clean stainless steel surfaces once a week with mild soap and damp soft cloth.

Conditions

In the event of any repairs/replacement of Adshank Toilet Seat, this warranty shall thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty.

Any time consumed for the repair/ replacement of parts including transit of the Product or its parts or any period during which the Product has not been used whether under warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period and no extension of the warranty period will be granted.

This warranty remains applicable only if the Product has at all times been used strictly in accordance with the terms of this warranty and has not been improperly or negligently handled. This warranty is not valid or effective if the Products are not installed according to the instruction manual. Improper handling of the Products automatically terminates and nullifies this warranty. This warranty does not cover problems arising from excessive water impurities/hardness beyond the norms of drinking water or improper care and cleaning. Adshank Industries is not responsible for labor charges, installation or other incidental or consequential costs. Adshank Industries is not responsible or liable for any special or consequential damages due to the defective Product, or due to defects of any component or part thereof. In no event shall the liability of Adshank Industries exceed the purchase price of the Product. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty.

In the event of non availability of components or parts due to any reason whatsoever, neither Adshank Industries nor its Authorized Service Franchisee nor the Dealer will be responsible or liable for any delay that may be caused to service/repair of the Product. In the event that the same model or color is not available for replacement, Adshank Industries or its Authorized Service Franchisee will replace the defective Product with an equivalent model or color.

All complaints related to damage of the top PU coat will be first subject to Lab testing at company premises to ascertain the reason of damage, before applying the warranty.

Adshank Industries is not responsible for defects or damages arising from transportation, improper installation alterations, accidents, misuse or lack of proper maintenance.

The warranty becomes null and void if installation is not done by qualified and experienced technician and /or as per the installation procedure advised by the company.

Soft Close Hinges, Rubber parts, Plastic parts , Screws , Studs are not included in warranty. However, company at its sole discretion on certain cases , shall supply spare parts against proper purchase order through authorized dealer.

Adshank Industries, at its discretion, retain any part or component replaced during the warranty period.

This Warranty document is applicable for Adshank Toilet Seat sold in India only. Any reference to any other warranty document will not be considered.

This is Adshank Industries exclusive written warranty. The decision of Adshank Industries regarding the warranty is final and binding.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa only.
